The artist when creating this animal painting was inspired by the ancientlegendof a deer, that had a golden body decorated with different colorful gemstones. The deer rescued a man by pulling him out of a wild river and cured him in his shelter. But in return, the ungrateful man showed to the king's hunters where the deer is hiding in the forest. The wise king spared the honorable animal, banished the man and invited the deer to his palace, so the story had a happy ending. This wall art is reflecting artist's thoughts about forgiving and compassionate nature.
