We are currently taking the following steps at our TG Gallery:
In addition to our regular and routine cleaning, we are conducting hourly wipe-downs of door handles, countertops, computer keyboards, telephones, and other surfaces that come in frequent contact with hands;
Our staff has been instructed to stay home if experiencing any symptoms of illness;
We are practicing frequent hand-washing and using hand sanitizer;
We have moved workstations to create a safe working distance between employees;
We are practicing split shifts in order to have fewer employees working in proximity to one another during business hours.

We are sorry to inform you that delivery times might be longer due to bad weather conditions and the dreadful war circumstances in our country. The Trendgallery team is located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Our country was attacked by Russia. In order to save the lives of our team and their families, we have made the decision to move our gallery to a safe location on the border with the European Union. Here we could continue to do what we love, create paintings for our dearest clients.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 35-60 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
TrendGallery ships worldwide for free of charge.
Shipping charges may occur for a custom order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with order details. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Duties and taxes
TrendGallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
TrendGallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some photos of the damaged areas and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured.
In the case if you'll receive a damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- custom or personalized orders;
- items on sale.
Cancellation and return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your artwork delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at the latest due to the fact that we might be in different time zones).
- In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials
- In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 10%
- In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 15%.
To return your item you should contact us within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that Trend Gallery Art doesn’t cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
