GOLDEN FLOWERS

Floral compositions are one of my favorite subjects of nature painting. Their beauty fascinates regardless of where you live and what language you speak. Flowers have a magnetic effect on us, their beauty captivates and inspires us to create something new.
My original painting Golden flowers is woven from warm hues and unique autumn light. I didn't use any cool or neutral shades - just variations of yellow, beige, golden and orange for the main composition of my abstract artwork! This color choice infuses the entire art object with energy. Although I added color accents of purple and burgundy to add contrast and expressiveness to the background, this only strengthened the warm impression of the painting as a whole.
Following the creative impulse, I prioritized the work with impressions rather than meticulous detailing. Therefore, my strokes gracefully outline the general shapes of flowers and branches, leaving the details to the viewer’s imagination. This is my understanding of art - to create recognizable images that go beyond mere reality, working with the impressions they evoke. That’s why I so often blend the techniques of abstract and representational painting.
