BLOOMING FIELD

Shades of turquoise, rich reds, purples and yellow accents are the palette I chose to capture the flowering field. The process of creating this abstract artwork began with a couple of quick sketches made during a walk. Tall blooming grass, wild flowers and bushes among the mountains impressed me so much that I completely surrendered to the process and created this abstract canvas.
With bold strokes, I applied paint to the large canvas, desiring to convey the powerful energy of a hot day, the aroma of plants and their swaying in the wind. I used this very approach for the entire botanical series of my works. To follow the impression, the temper and aesthetics - this is my way.
It was important for me to convey the light of those places. And here I followed the masters of impressionism. This is how turquoise, marina, deep blue appeared next to white, lilac and lemon strokes in my work. This created an inimitable effect. I gave myself in to the creative process and let myself be different, concentrate on the impressions of that day, not forgetting to make that the flowers on the canvas recognizable. I am happy to shaer with you a discovered piece of beauty.
